​Taste Of Kemah Food Tours, LLC owns and operates this website. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors food tours in Kemah, Texas, USA. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
We regret that we are unable to cater to individuals with dairy allergies, gluten allergies, peanut allergies, shellfish allergies, or any other food or alcohol sensitivities. Please be aware that our menus are pre-set by the restaurants and are not customizable. (Our menus include gluten, shellfish, nuts, pork, sugar, and dairy.)

There are no refunds however we are happy to reschedule you and your party for another date and time. Simply contact us here.
